Employment Law

Experience counts.  Alexandra M. Steinberg, Esq. has practiced employment law for her entire career, both as an attorney and as a human resources profession for a Fortune 500 corporation before that.   She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, regularly lectures on employment law issues, and mentors young attorneys.

Our firm has experience in a full spectrum of employment matters, from pre-litigation counseling and negotiations to heavily litigated matters.  We have successfully handled appeals at both the state and federal levels.  In addition, we negotiate employment contracts and severance agreements on a regular basis.  We have handled cases ranging from small wage and hour matters to multi-million dollar matters.  Some of the more common types of cases we handle are listed below.

Employment legal issues are often sensitive matters.  Many of our clients have suffered emotional distress.  We take the time to listen to our clients and provide them with caring counsel.  At the same time, we provide vigorous legal representation for our clients in an effort to obtain the best results possible.

If you think you may have a case or need legal advice about an employment law matter, please call our office today to speak with one of our attorneys.  (310) 302-9100  or email us at info@pursuitofjustice.com .  As unfortunate as your circumstances may be, we look forward to hearing from you.
